I’m made with white chocolate (my favorite kind of chocolate) , I’m fast to make, and I’m so easy to make (aka “One bowl recipe”). What am I??? White Chocolate Bars!! A great ending for BARS month!!!
Oh no!! Your kids friends are coming over and they are a hungry bunch? What can you make in a jiffy? A White Chocolate Bar, of course!!! I think your kiddos can even make it themselves!! That’s how easy it is!!
To make the bars, melt the white chocolate and butter in 20 seconds increments. I did it about 5-6 times and I whisk after every 20 seconds so that it doesn’t burn at the bottom.
After both the butter and white chocolate are melted, whisk until it’s combined and let it cool for 2 minutes.
Add in the sugar and whisk until combined. Then add the eggs, vanilla and salt and whisk again.
Add in the flour and whisk it in gently until it’s combined.
Pour the batter into an 8×8 baking pan that is lined with aluminum foil.
Sprinkle the slivered almonds on top of the batter and bake for 20-25 minutes.
As you can see, the edges are brown and the middle part is set. Let cool completely before cutting it into squares.
Mmm .. mmm… mmm.. This White Chocolate Bars is so easy to make, fast to make and sooo delicious!!!
Happy Baking!!
