Happy 4th of July!!  Since we cannot get together this year with friends and families for 4th of July, how about we’ll do a fun 4th of July fun trivia?  You can test it with your family and you can find the answer at the bottom of the post.  Have fun!!

  • How many colonies signed the Declaration of Independence?
  • What was the original national bird?
  • When was the first fireworks display?
  • How many hotdogs are estimated to be consumed during the 4th of July?
  • What is the record numbers of hot dog eaten in 10 minutes?

Now to dessert!!  It’s a really easy and fast to whip up dessert.  I like making it into a shot glass because it’s just the right amount of dessert!!  How do we make the cake?  Come and see it in my post of Red Velvet and Cream Cheese Frosting!!

After you bake the cake and it’s completely cooled,  cut it in small cubes and put a few cubes in the shot glass.

Pipe the cream cheese frosting on top of it.

Add a few blueberries on top of the cream cheese.

Put a sprakler on the glass and it’s a mini fireworks for your family!!!  Yay!!!  Happy 4th of July!!

Here’s the answer to the trivia!

  • 13 original colonies.
  • Turkey!  We still celebrate him, but only in November!  ?
  • 1777.
  • There are an estimated 150 million hot dogs that are eaten on 4th of July.
