Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 6 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 1/2 cup butter softened, 3 sticks
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 vanilla extract
- 1 cup whole milk

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 12-cup bundt pan with baking spray with flour.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt. This is the dry mixture.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla extract and mix until combined. Scrape the sides and bottom of the pan.
- Add 1/3 of the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, then add half of the milk and mix together. Repeat the process then add the rest of the dry mixture. Mix until everything is just combined.
- Pour batter into greased bundt pan and smooth top with a rubber spatula.
- Bake until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the cake comes out clean, about 55 minutes.
- Put the bundt cake on top of a wire rack. Then put a wire rack on top of the pan and flip it over, leaving the pan on the cake for about 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, gently take out the pan out of the cake. Let cool before serving.
