Sweet Potato Souffle
A quick to make dessert for your Thanksgiving table!!! And it only needs 6 ingredients!! Happy Thanksgiving!!

Ingredients
Sweet potato souffle

cups
sweet potato
peeled and cut into small pieces

brown sugar

eggs

tbsp
butter
room temperature
Cornflakes topping
2
cups
cornflakes cereal
crushed into medium pieces
6
tbsp
butter
melted
Instructions
Boil the sweet potatoes in a pot for 15-20 minutes until soft.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease the pie pan with butter.
When the sweet potato is ready, put it into the stand mixer bowl.
Turn on the mixer for about 10-15 seconds to mash the sweet potato.
Add the sugar and mix together.
Add the brown sugar and mix again.
Add the eggs one by one and mix again. Make sure to scrape the sides.
Add the butter a tablespoon at a time. Mix again until everything is combined.
Pour into the prepared pie plate and bake for 30 minutes.
In a medium bowl, mix the cornflakes and butter together.
Put it on top of the pie pan and bake again for another 20 minutes.
