Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cup flour
- 3/4 cup superfine sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 20 hard candies, (such as jolly rancher), separated by color and crushed finely

Instructions
- In a stand mixer bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, and salt. While the mixer is in low speed, add butter I tbsp at a time.
- Add the cream cheese and vanilla extract until the dough comes together into clumps.
- Dump the dough onto a clean surface and knead until it comes to a ball. Shape into 2 discs and wrap with plastic wrap. Chill for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 days.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Roll out the dough in between 2 parchment paper. Put unto the baking sheet and refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
- Remove top piece of the parchment. Cut out the shape what you'd like and place unto the lined baking sheets. Cut a smaller piece in the middle for the hard candy.
- Bake cookies for 5 minutes. Fill the center with the crushed candies, rotate and bake again for 5 minutes.
- Let cookies cool in baking sheet for 10 minutes so the rock candies can Harden. Cool completely before serving.
