Red Velvet White Chocolate Chips Cookies
Can’t go wrong with red and white for Christmas!! Delicious, easy to make, and very festive!!
Ingredients

cocoa powder

butter, softened

sugar

vanilla extract

tsp
red food coloring
1
cup
white chocolate chips
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda. This is the dry mixture.
In a stand mixer bowl, mix together butter and salt until it’s light and fluffy.
Add the food coloring and mix again. Scrape the sides and mix until all the food coloring is combined.
In a low speed, add the dry mixture into the stand mixer bowl and mix until combined.
Add the white chocolate chips and mix again. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
With a 1 inch ice cream scoop, scoop out the the dough and top it with a few white chocolate chips.
Bake for 9 minutes. Let the cookies cool on baking sheet before removing to cooling rack.
