Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp red food coloring
- 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda. This is the dry mixture.
- In a stand mixer bowl, mix together butter and salt until it's light and fluffy.
- Add the food coloring and mix again. Scrape the sides and mix until all the food coloring is combined.
- In a low speed, add the dry mixture into the stand mixer bowl and mix until combined.
- Add the white chocolate chips and mix again. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- With a 1 inch ice cream scoop, scoop out the the dough and top it with a few white chocolate chips.
- Bake for 9 minutes. Let the cookies cool on baking sheet before removing to cooling rack.
