Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bars

Ingredients

flour

tbsp
pumpkin spice

tsp
baking soda
1/2

salt

butter, softened
1
cup
sugar
1
egg

tsp
vanilla extract

canned pumpkin puree

mini chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees fahrenheit. Spray 13×9 pan with cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, pumpkin spice, baking soda and salt. This is the dry mixture.
In a stand mixer, beat together butter and sugar, until light and fluffy, for about 3 minutes.
Add eggs and vanilla and mix again. Add the pumpkin and beat again.
Slowly add the dry mixture to the wet. Take off the stand mixer.
Add the chocolate chip and fold with a spatula. Pour the batter into the pan.
Bake for 28-30 minutes. Check doneness by inserting toothpick in the middle of the pan.
Cool for 10 minutes before cutting.
