Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tbsp pumpkin spice
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1 cups mini chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees fahrenheit. Spray 13x9 pan with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, pumpkin spice, baking soda and salt. This is the dry mixture.
- In a stand mixer, beat together butter and sugar, until light and fluffy, for about 3 minutes.
- Add eggs and vanilla and mix again. Add the pumpkin and beat again.
- Slowly add the dry mixture to the wet. Take off the stand mixer.
- Add the chocolate chip and fold with a spatula. Pour the batter into the pan.
- Bake for 28-30 minutes. Check doneness by inserting toothpick in the middle of the pan.
- Cool for 10 minutes before cutting.
