THUMBRPINT COOKIES
This buttery, melt in your mouth cookie will be something that your family will enjoy. The strawberry jam can be replaced with so many different flavors. Very simple to make and it just uses the stuff that you already have in your pantry.

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line 2 baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a stand mixer, mix together egg yolk, sugar and butter.
  3. Add flour slowly until fully mixed together.
  4. With a small ice cream scoop, scoop batter and then roll into a ball.
  5. Put the ball onto parchment paper and with your point finger make a well in the center of the cookie.
  6. Fill the well with Strawberry jam.
  7. Bake 15 – 18 minutes.
  8. Wait until completely cool before eating because the jam will be hot.
