water

butter
room temperature

buttermilk
PEANUT BUTTER FROSTING
1/2
cup
butter
1/2
cup
peanut butter

tbsp
buttermilk

tsp
vanilla extract

powdered sugar
Instructions
PEANUT BUTTER SHEET CAKE
Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray a half size sheet pan (13×18) with cooking spray.
In a stand mixer bowl, mix together flour, sugar, salt and baking soda.
In saucepan, mix together peanut butter, water and butter.
Bring to boil and pour over the flour mixture. Mix again.
Add the eggs and buttermilk and mix until everything is combined.
Pour into the greased sheet pan
Bake at 350° for 20-25 min.
PEANUT BUTTER FROSTING
In a medium saucepan, boil peanut butter and buttermilk.
Add vanilla and powdered sugar and whisk until it becomes smooth.
Pour on the cake while the frosting is still hot.
Let cool completely and cut into bars.
