PEANUT BUTTER BANANA BREAD
It’s not just an ordinary banana bread!! The peanut butter adds more oomph to this banana bread!

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 3×5 loaf pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt. This is the dry mixture. Set aside.
  3. In a stand mixer bowl, combine the butter, and peanut butter until smooth.
  4. Add the sugar and eggs. Mix until combined.
  5. Alternatively add the flour mixture and mashed bananas. So it should be flour, banana, flour, banana, flour. Mix it in between the adding of the flour and bananas.
  6. Add the chocolate chips. Mix again.
  7. Pour the banana bread mixture into the prepared loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes. Tent with foil the last few minutes to avoid a dark crust.
  9. Cool for 5 minutes and invert into a wire rack.
  10. Let cool before slicing the bread.
