- 1 cup butter
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 2 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cans sliced peaches drained
- 2 tablespoons white sugar

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10 inch springform pan.
- Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside
- In a stand mixer bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and mix. Then add in the vanilla and mix.
- Beat in the flour mixture. Mix until just combined.
- Spread the dough evenly with hands that is covered with flour. Arrange peach slices in a spoke pattern over the dough. Sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
