Overnight Texas Toast Casserole
A make-ahead breakfast for your Thanksgiving Day celebration!!! Make sure to use Texas toast so that the casserole will not be soggy.

Ingredients
1/2
cup
butter
melted

brown sugar

cut the crust and cuthalf (14 slices)

eggs
1 1/2

milk

tsp
vanilla
1
tbsp
brown sugar

tsp
cinnamon
blueberries
Instructions
Mix the melted butter and brown sugar.
Spread the mixture on the bottom of 9X13 baking dish.
Lay 7 slices that’s halved as the first layer of the Texas toast
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk and vanilla.
Pour half of egg mixture over the Texas toast.
Lay the rest of the Texas toast to make another layer.
Top with the remaining egg mixture.
Mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top of the bread.
Refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours before baking.
When ready to bake, bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
Sprinkle blueberries on top and serve with whipped cream or maple syrup.
