OREO BLONDIES
It’s a Blondies plus Oreos in it!! What a great combination of soft bite from the Blondies and crunchiness from the Oreos!!

Ingredients

cup
unsalted butter
melted
1 1/2
cups
light brown sugar
lightly packed

eggs
2
teaspoons
vanilla extract
2 1/4
cups
all-purpose flour
1/2
teaspoon
salt
2
cups
chopped Oreos
about 20-24 Oreos
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a 9×13 baking pan with parchment paper and leave an overhang all around the pan.
In a stand mixer bowl, mix together the melted butter and sugar in a large bowl, until the butter is not separated from the sugar.
Mix in the eggs and vanilla extract until combined.
Gently stir in the flour and salt.
Stir in the chopped Oreos.At this point, use the spatula so that the Oreo pieces will not be too broken.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top looks set and an inserted toothpick comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.
Let the bars cool completely so that it sets and easy to make the cut.
