Orange Bread
  1. Preheat oven to 325°. Grease a 8×4 loaf pan with butter.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt. This is the dry ingredients.
  3. In a stand mixer bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until it’s light and fluffy.
  4. Add the beaten eggs and mix well.
  5. Add the flour mixture to the butter/sugar mixture and mix until combined.
  6. Add in the orange juice and the milk and mix again.
  7. Add in the lemon and orange zest.
  8. Pour the batter into a greased pan and bake for about 50-55 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in center of loaf comes out clean.
  9. Let cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before removing and transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Once cooled, drizzle the glaze on top.
Orange Glaze
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl. Pour over the cooled bread.
