Ingredients
Orange Bread

all-purpose flour

sugar

large eggs beaten

orange juice
1/2

milk
zest from one lemon
zest from one orange
Orange Glaze

powdered sugar

Instructions
Orange Bread
Preheat oven to 325°. Grease a 8×4 loaf pan with butter.
In a medium bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt. This is the dry ingredients.
In a stand mixer bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until it’s light and fluffy.
Add the beaten eggs and mix well.
Add the flour mixture to the butter/sugar mixture and mix until combined.
Add in the orange juice and the milk and mix again.
Add in the lemon and orange zest.
Pour the batter into a greased pan and bake for about 50-55 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in center of loaf comes out clean.
Let cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before removing and transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Once cooled, drizzle the glaze on top.
Orange Glaze
Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl. Pour over the cooled bread.
