- 2 pastry sheet
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2-4 tbsp sugar
- 2 cups strawberries, sliced thinly

Instructions
- Thaw the puff pastry by opening the paper wrapper and putting it on the counter. Leave it for 40 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place parchment paper on baking sheets.
- On a clean surface, open the pastry sheets. Line up the sliced strawberry in between the folds.
- Brush the butter around the strawberries and sprinkle sugar on top.
- Score the puff pastry around the strawberries. Do not cut all the way through.
- Cut into mini rectangles using a knife.
- Place on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
