Melting Moment Cookies
This cookie lives up to it’s name!! Delicious, melts in your mouth cookies that you just can’t stop eating!! Don’t forget to add the strawberry jam!!
Ingredients

butter, softened

powdered sugar
1/2
tso
vanilla extract

flour

cornflour

tbsp
milk
3
tbsp
strawberry jam
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. On parchment paper, sift together flour and cornstarch.
In a stand mixer, mix together the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Add the vanilla extract and mix again.
Add the dry mixture unto the butter mixture. Add milk and mix again.
Put Into a large star piping bag and pipe unto the parchment lined baking sheet and shape it into a rosette.
Bake the cookies for 12 minutes until the sides are golden. Leave on the tray to cool. Store in an airtight container.
