- 175 g butter, softened
- 40 g powdered sugar
- 1/2 tso vanilla extract
- 175 g flour
- 40 g cornflour
- 1 tbsp milk
- 3 tbsp strawberry jam

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. On parchment paper, sift together flour and cornstarch.
- In a stand mixer, mix together the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Add the vanilla extract and mix again.
- Add the dry mixture unto the butter mixture. Add milk and mix again.
- Put Into a large star piping bag and pipe unto the parchment lined baking sheet and shape it into a rosette.
- Bake the cookies for 12 minutes until the sides are golden. Leave on the tray to cool. Store in an airtight container.
