- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup lingonberry jam
- 3/4 cup finely chopped walnut

Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the flour and baking powder. This is the dry mixture.
- In a stand mixer bowl, cream the butter and sugar until it's light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix again. Add the dry mixture and mix again until the dough comes together.
- Put the dough in between 2 parchment paper. Roll it out into a 12 inch square.
- Remove the top parchment paper. Spread the jam and sprinkle the pecan evenly. Roll it up tightly into a log. Wrap it with plastic wrap and chill for 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Unwrap the dough and slice it into 1/4 inch thickness. Bake for 9-12 minutes until the edges are light brown. Cool on wire racks before storing it in an airtight container.
