Ingredients
- 1 9 inch pie crust
- 12 oz bag of fresh cranberries
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Place the cranberries in the pie shell. Put the pie shell on a baking sheet with sides.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs, heavy cream, flour, salt, orange zest and vanilla extract. Mix until everything is combined.
- Gently pour over the cranberries. You might have extra liquid.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Turn down the temperature to 350 degrees F and bake for additional 40-45 minutes until the custard is set.
- Cool on a wire rack. Refrigerate before serving.
