Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 6 tbsp butter, softened
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9x5 loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. This is the dry mixture.
- In a stand mixer bowl, beat butter and sugar until it becomes light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and scrape the sides each time you add an egg.
- Add vanilla extract, scrape and then mix again. This is the wet mixture.
- Add half of the dry mixture and half of the milk into the wet mixture. It will look curdled but it will change once you add the rest.
- Add the rest of the dry mixture and milk and mix until it's well combined.
- Add the chocolate chips and mix for about 10 seconds.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared 9x5 loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool on a cooling rack.
