It’s the best of both worlds!! It’s chocolate chip cookie made into a tower!!

Chocolate Frosting
  1. In a stand mixer bowl, mix together the melted butter and cocoa powder.
  2. Add 1/3 of the powdered sugar and 1/3 of milk. Repeat until you end with powdered sugar.
  3. Add vanilla extract and mix again.
Assembly
  1. Put the 8 inch cake on cake pedestal.
  2. Insert straws so it can hold up the rest of the layer. Cut it to the height of the cake.
  3. Spread the frosting evenly.
  4. Place a cake board the size of the 6 inch cake on top. Put a little bit of frosting on top of the cake board so the cake stays. Place the 6 inch cake on the cake board and repeat the same step for the 4 inch cake.
  5. Pipe the frosting unto the 4 inch cake and top it with a cookie.
