The search is finally over!! This is the best brownies recipe you’ll ever bake. I made this in a mini muffin pan but you can use any pan as long as you adjust the cooking time.

- 1 cup melted butter
- 2/3 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
- Spray 2 24 cup mini muffin pan with non-stick spray. Be generous so it will be easy for the brownies to pop out later.
- In a small bowl, mix together the butter and the cocoa powder.
- In the stand mixer bowl, mix eggs, sugar and vanilla. Add the butter cocoa mixture and mix. Add flour, salt and baking powder until combined. Do not overmix. With your spatula, mix a little bit just to get the bottom part of the bowl.
- With a small ice cream scoop, fill the mini muffin cups. Bake for 13 minutes.
- While it's still warm, make a nest by pushing it with your index finger.
- Fill the nest with mini chocolate eggs.
Recipe Notes
If you are making it in a 9x13 pan, bake for 25 minutes. You do want this to be a little bit under baked.
