Instructions
BROWN BUTTER MAPLE BLONDIES
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9×13 sized baking pan with parchment paper making sure to allow overhang all around the pan for easy removal.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, salt and baking soda. This is the dry mixture.
In your stand mixer bowl, mix together the brown sugar and the brown butter. Mix until the butter is not separated but is really combined.
Add in the eggs, vanilla extract, and the maple syrup and mix until it’s combined.
Slow mixer down to low speed and the dry mixture and mix until combined.
Pour into the prepared pan and even out the surface using an offset spatula.
Bake for 23-27 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean.
MAPLE GLAZE
While blondies bake, add butter and syrup to a pan over low heat until the butter melted..
Once butter melts, quickly whisk in sifted confectioner’s sugar and salt ensuring there are no lumps and spread on warm blondies.
Allow glaze to set for 1 hour then cut blondies in bars and serve.
