BROWN BUTTER MAPLE BLONDIES
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9x13 sized baking pan with parchment paper making sure to allow overhang all around the pan for easy removal.

- In your stand mixer bowl, mix together the brown sugar and the brown butter. Mix until the butter is not separated but is really combined.
- Add in the eggs, vanilla extract, and the maple syrup and mix until it's combined.
- Slow mixer down to low speed and the dry mixture and mix until combined.
- Pour into the prepared pan and even out the surface using an offset spatula.
- Bake for 23-27 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean.
MAPLE GLAZE
- While blondies bake, add butter and syrup to a pan over low heat until the butter melted..
- Once butter melts, quickly whisk in sifted confectioner’s sugar and salt ensuring there are no lumps and spread on warm blondies.
- Allow glaze to set for 1 hour then cut blondies in bars and serve.
