Brazilian Chewy Fluffy Cheese Bread
A chewy and savory treat, this bread can be eaten for breakfast, snack or as a side dish. The two unique ingredients that it has are tapioca flour and quest fresco. It’s worth the trip to the store!

Ingredients

vegetable oil
2/3
cup
milk
1/2
cup
grated queso fresco
1 1/2
cup
tapioca flour

salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Spray the mini muffin pan with cooking spray.
In a blender, put all the ingredients and pulse until everything are mixed together and smooth. Scrape the sides and pulse again.
Fill the prepared mini muffin pan about 2/3 of the way.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. It will look more like a popover than a muffin.
