Blueberry Clafoutis
A great French dish that is perfect for fruit lovers!! You can use any pie plate or any fruits.
Ingredients

butter, room temperature

tbsp
sugar
1
cup
milk
3
eggs
3/4
cup
sugar
1/2
cups
flour
lemon zest from 1 lemon
1
cup
blueberry
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease the mini pie dish and then sprinkle with sugar.
In a blender, mix together the milk, eggs, sugar, flour and lemon zest.
Divide the batter evenly in the mini pie dish. Sprinkle 1/4 cup blueberry on each dish.
Bake for about 30-35 minutes until the top does not jiggle. Sprinkle the top with powdered sugar.
