- 2 tbsp butter, room temperature
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cups flour
- lemon zest from 1 lemon
- 1 cup blueberry

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease the mini pie dish and then sprinkle with sugar.
- In a blender, mix together the milk, eggs, sugar, flour and lemon zest.
- Divide the batter evenly in the mini pie dish. Sprinkle 1/4 cup blueberry on each dish.
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes until the top does not jiggle. Sprinkle the top with powdered sugar.
