- 1 cup butter softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp milk

Instructions
Peanut butter frosting
- In a stand mixer, mix together butter and peanut butter.
- While the mixer is in low speed, add the powdered sugar 1 cup at a time. Be sure to scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl so everything is combined.
- Stir in vanilla extract and salt and mix again.
- While the mixer is in low speed, add the milk until it reached the right consistency.
- Spread the frosting into the bottom on one cookie and top it off with another cookie.
